Where We Ship
We currently deliver to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Italy, and Spain, with more countries coming soon.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 12–20 business days from dispatch. Your Julev order is carefully prepared and shipped with full tracking — worth the little wait. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs, local carriers, or peak periods.

Duties & Import Charges
All applicable EU customs duties and import charges are handled by us at dispatch, so there are no unexpected fees to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
